the killers

i'm not sure when it happened, but i seem to have developed a slight obsession with brandon flowers, lead singer of the killers.  probably started back in october — i would have their first album playing constantly on my iPod while i was working late and on weekends.  all of the sudden i found myself singing along with "andy you're a star" and really really liking the lyrics.  i enjoy listening to hot fuss moreso than sam's town, but "when you were young" has grown on me quite a bit.  oh, and mr. flowers is definitely better-looking with the moustache than without.  (that's him on the far left.  cutie.)

new job

i got a new job! 

sort of old news, actually — i started the new position the monday before thanksgiving. 

but, anyway — three guesses as to where i'm working!  (not literally — still in times square, still in the exact same building.  yeah, it's weird, but it's only for another two months.)

here's a hint:  my new company used to be part of my old company.

another hint:  its initials are C, B and S!
